Stats Show How Tucker Kraft Is Dominating

Over the past couple of weeks, Green Bay Packers fans and analysts have raved about Matthew Golden, and rightfully so.

The rookie out of Texas has been getting better by the day, and he looks as good as advertised, if not more.

There has also been plenty of chatter around Romeo Doubs and whether he’s done enough to get a contract extension.

However, while all of that makes perfect sense, Tucker Kraft has also been an unsung hero for this team.

If anything, he might be the most underrated star in all of football right now.

As pointed out by Zach Kruse on X, Tucker currently leads all tight ends in yards per catch (14.9), YAC average (9.9), yards per target (12.2), and passer rating when targeted (158.3).

The Packers need to make sure to keep Tucker around for the long run.

He’s only signed through the 2027 season, and given his production, he could be quite a hot commodity around the league if he ever were to test free agency.

Tucker recently made the rounds for saying that he legitimately didn’t think that anybody could take him down on the open field, and truth be told, it’s hard to disagree with that statement.

He’s a perennial mismatch in the end zone, and more than that, he’s a huge threat to pick up yards after the catch.

The Packers have a plethora of pass-catchers and stars in the offense, but it’s about time they also give credit where it’s due and gush about their star at the tight end position.
