Insider Says Tom Brady Is ‘Running Everything’ With Raiders
The Las Vegas Raiders are embarking on a transformative journey to rebuild their organizational culture, and they’ve made a blockbuster move by bringing in Tom Brady as a minority owner.
Despite his small ownership stake, Brady’s influence is already proving to be far more significant than many initially anticipated.
Dianna Russini of The Athletic recently revealed some eye-opening details about Brady’s involvement with the Raiders.
Speaking on The Ryen Russillo Show, she didn’t hold back, stating bluntly that Brady is essentially “running everything in Vegas.”
“Let’s just start with making it really clear that Tom Brady is running everything in Vegas. Now that being said, he’s not working with a lot there. Up until two days ago I had somebody in the building say ‘we have no idea what we’re doing.’ Like, they had no idea what direction that Brady wanted to go in, in terms of a head coach.” She said.

Brady’s most notable intervention appears to be in the head coaching search, playing a pivotal role in bringing Pete Carroll, 73, on board—a move that will make Carroll the oldest head coach in the NFL once again.
The quarterback-turned-owner seems to be strategically positioning the team for a potential turnaround.
The Raiders’ leadership shuffle continued with the hiring of John Spytek as their new general manager.
Spytek brings a valuable connection, having worked alongside Brady during his three seasons in Tampa Bay.
Moreover, with the No. 6 overall pick in the upcoming NFL Draft, the Raiders find themselves in a prime position to make a significant move.
Russini speculates that the current setup might be temporary, with Carroll potentially stepping in to stabilize the organization and lay the groundwork for future success.
Brady’s hands-on approach suggests the Raiders are not just looking for incremental improvements, but a complete cultural reset.
