Elite League: The prerequisite for the Regular Season first to go up to GBL
The format in case of direct rise of the first
If the former has 3 or more wins than the second then the Playoffs will be included in the 9th Regular Season team and the couples will be 2-9, 3-8, 4-7 and 5-6, in rows that will carry their results from the regular season. The qualification will be judged on 3 wins (if in the normal season the record was 1-1), or at 4 wins (if they were 2-0). A ticket will be played, so the Final Four will have two semifinals and the final.
The format if the first one does not go up directly
If now the first 3 or more wins from the second one in the regular season, then the first team will play in the playoffs and will apply another component. That is, couples will be 1-8, 2-7, 3-6, 4-5.
In the final, the winners of the couples 1-8 and 2-7 will go, with the winner rising. The loser will compete with the winner of couples 3-6, 4-5 to decide who will get the second ticket to the rise.
Relegation
The 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th of the rankings will be relegated. The last two after the end of the Regular and the first two after the end of the play out.
Right to participate
The following 15 teams, Hermes Schimatariou, Korivos, Megarida, Papagou, Doxa Lefkada, Pan -Erythraikos, Psychiko, Proteas Voula, Ikaron Trikala, Vikos Ioannina, Aigaleo, GS Sofadon, Fighters, Pine.
The 16th place will participate in a Wild Card athletic club.
