Among other things the disciplinary regulation states:
“When one falls into more than one of the offenses provided for in this Regulation, a total penalty, which consists of the heaviest of the sentences, augmented, shall be imposed. The increasing may not be superior to the three -quarters (3/4) of the heaviest of the sentences. The same is true of fines. The total penalty is assessed by the publication of the first of the co -ordinates. Out of the time it is removed from any time already. “
