Jackson Koivun Joins Major Champions for 2026 Skins Game

Jackson Koivun will join major champions Brooks Koepka, Justin Thomas, and Wyndham Clark for the 2026 Farmers Insurance Skins Game, anchoring a field that blends established stardom with the sport’s most rapid ascent in recent years. The high-stakes exhibition is scheduled for Black Friday, Nov. 27, 2026, at the Atlantic Fields Club in Hobe Sound, Florida.

The event, which begins at 9 a.m. ET, features a $4 million total purse. According to Amazon MGM Studios, Prime Video will broadcast the competition worldwide without requiring a membership or subscription, making the holiday tradition accessible to a general audience.

The Atlantic Fields Club in Hobe Sound will host the high-stakes holiday event.

The Rise of Jackson Koivun

Koivun’s inclusion highlights a meteoric professional start for the former amateur standout. After turning professional in June 2026, Koivun secured a victory at the 3M Open in just his third career start. He further cemented his status as a foundational player for the U.S. side by delivering the winning point at the 2026 Presidents Cup.

The Skins Game also serves as a preview of upcoming team dynamics. Koivun and Koepka are slated to be teammates for the 2027 TGL season with Motor City Golf Club, providing an early look at their chemistry in a competitive environment. While Koepka remains a dominant force following his return to PGA Tour-sanctioned events, the Hobe Sound venue—a Tom Fazio design—will test how the rookie stacks up against the five-time major winner in a hole-by-hole format.

Veterans Return to the Fold

For Justin Thomas, the 2026 Skins Game represents a return to a stage he was forced to vacate last year. Thomas withdrew from the 2025 event to undergo emergency back surgery (a microdiscectomy) on Nov. 13, 2025. His presence in the 2026 field signals a successful return to full health following that procedure.

Wyndham Clark enters the competition as perhaps the most in-form player of the group. Clark has enjoyed a dominant 2026 season, highlighted by victories at the U.S. Open and the BMW Championship. His aggressive style of play is traditionally well-suited for the “skins” format, where low scores on individual holes are rewarded more than steady aggregate totals.

The 2026 event is the second installment of the revived Skins Game franchise. It follows the 2025 competition won by Keegan Bradley. By moving to Atlantic Fields Club, the event shifts to one of Florida’s newest premier venues, maintaining the tradition of elite players competing in a relaxed yet lucrative holiday window.
