Women’s National Team: First qualifier against Croatia in Kozani

Six months after the EuroBasket final hosted in Greece, the Women’s National Team makes its own new beginning tonight (12/11), on the road to EuroBasket 2027. Our representative group will face Croatia at the Lefkovrysi Indoor Gymnasium in Kozani, for the first match of the 6th group of the qualifying phase.
The jamball is scheduled for 19:00, with live broadcast by ERT2 SPORT.

Statements and readiness of the team

The match is expected to be particularly demanding, as underlined by the federal coach Petros Prekas, who stated that he is optimistic about the readiness and passion of the internationals.

The leader of the team, Artemis Spanou, expressed her enthusiasm for this new effort:
